This article provides detailed instructions for the publishing process. A video can be shared with your audience only after it has been published. If you are publishing for the first time, we recommend that you read Publishing and Sharing a Video—Overview.
As you proceed through the publishing process, the status of the video is indicated on the video page.
If the video includes personalization, the status of the data integration that you defined is also displayed in a dedicated section on the video page.

Publishing Changes to a Video
Just as you published your video for the first time, you'll need to republish your video after you make changes. These changes include:
- Specific changes made to the video such as adding a scene or changing a media asset
- Adding or removing personalization
- Adding, changing, or disconnecting a data connector
You will also be prompted to republish the video when any change is made to an account-level library.
An account-level library includes components that apply to all the videos in your account. Currently in the SundaySky platform, there are three libraries of this type: data, brand, and pronunciation.
If any user of your account has made a change to the pronunciation library or to the brand used in the video or to the data library used in the video, the following message is displayed on the video page and in the Share menu.
In summary, any change made to the video or to an account-level library necessitates publishing the changes.

After the video has been republished, a success message is displayed at the bottom of the page. |
