How to create new accounts in the Studio

Success Manager, SD, or partnerships team follow this process. *You must have edit permissions*. 

  1. Set the account to TYPE=CUSTOMER in the SF Details tab
  2. If no order exists, create an order and go to step 4
  3. If the order already exists, edit the order by opening a field (click the blue pencil editor). Even if you do not make a change to a field in the order. Click save
  4. Wait 20-30 minutes and check back in the Studio for your account
  5. If the company is still a prospect, after the Studio account is created,  change the SF Account Type field on the Details tab back to Prospect.
  6. If it doesn’t work open a support ticket
