The Video Overview section of the dashboard provides you with information and insights regarding how viewers are engaging with the video you created.

Filtering the Dashboard by Date

By default, the dashboard displays data for the past 30 days. If you would like to see data from a different date range, adjust the date settings as described below.

Note that the date range selected will apply to all the widgets in your dashboard.

Click the 3 lines in the upper-right corner to open the Date Range settings.

Set the date range using either of the following options (Predefined or Custom):

Click Predefined and then select a date range from the drop-down list.

Click the X to close the window.

Main Indicators (Owned Media Videos Only)

Click an indicator name to read a short description.

Views  Minutes Viewed  Button Clicks  AVV  Minutes Per View  Video Click Rate
Total number of times that the video was watched.

Views / Clicks Trend

The data displayed in the Trend graph can be switched between Views and Clicks by selecting either of these metrics in the drop-down list.

The Views Trend graph displays the Views data (see Main Indicators above) over the date range selected.

Hovering over a data point in the graph displays the total number of views for that specific day.

The Clicks Trend graph displays the Button Clicks data (see Main Indicators above) over the date range selected.

Hovering over a data point in the graph displays the total count of button clicks for that specific day.

Engagement by Channel

The graphs in this section compare viewer engagement based on the channel via which viewers watched the video.

In the example below, 100% of viewers watched the video on a company portal.

This section changes dynamically between views and clicks depending on what you selected in the Views / Clicks Trend graph.

Engagement by Platform

The graphs in this section compare viewer engagement based on the platform on which the viewers watched the video.

In the example below, 88% of viewers watched the video on their desktop; 24% on a mobile device; and 9% on another type of device (such as a wearable or game console). In addition, among all the viewers that saw a button in the video, the largest percentage that clicked the button did so from a mobile device.

This section changes dynamically between views and clicks depending on what you selected in the Views / Clicks Trend graph.
