After publishing, you can share your video as an MP4 file with or without closed captions.

Notes:

1.

The video is downloaded with the following specifications:
HD 720p (1280 x 720 pixels)

2.

If the video includes a button, it will not be clickable in the downloaded MP4 file.

3.

If the video is played in the QuickTime player, closed captions cannot be displayed.


To download the video as an MP4 file:

1.

In Your Videos, locate the video that you want to download.

2.

Click the video thumbnail.
▶ You can also click the three-dot menu and then select Video Page.

Make sure that the video is published.

On the video page, click Share.

Select Download MP4.

6.

(Optional) If your video includes personalization, you can create a viewer profile that will define what content is included in the video that you download.
▶ If your video does not include personalization, skip this step.

7.

Preview the video to make sure that it looks exactly as you expect.

8.

Click the down arrow by Download MP4 and then select Video only or CC embedded (to include captions in the downloaded file).

The video is downloaded to your computer.
If you have included captions, the video is downloaded to a zipped folder containing two files (see example below). The MP4 file contains the video and the WebVTT file contains the captions. When you extract the files, make sure to keep them together in the extracted folder.
▶ If the video does not include personalization, the file name convention is [video name]
If the video includes personalization, the file name convention is [video name]_[viewer profile name]

In the example below, the video name is Product Update Announcement and the viewer profile name is Individuals.
