Surveys/Answers Submitted

This widget displays the following information:

1.

The number of surveys that were submitted.

2.

The number of answers that were submitted.

As an NPS survey includes only one question, the number of surveys submitted should always match the number of answers submitted.

Surveys Submitted By Segment

The widgets in this section provide the following information:

1.

In which channel was the survey taken?

2.

On which device did the viewer answer the survey?

NPS Group Distribution

This widget displays the distribution of the NPS score, according to the category into which the score falls:
Promoter (score 9-10)
Neutral (score 7-8)
Detractor (score 0-6)

In the example below, there are an equal number of promoter and neutral scores; there is only one detractor score.

NPS Score

The NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The resulting number is the NPS score.

A score between 0 and 30 is considered good, while any NPS score over 30 is considered excellent.

Views/Survey Submissions

This widget displays the number (or percentage) of viewers who watched the video versus the number (or percentage) of viewers who actually answered the NPS question.

Note that Only Viewed includes viewers who watched part or all of the video. As the NPS survey is shown towards the end of the video, this number may include viewers who dropped off the video before even seeing the survey.
