Working with Tasks

When a comment requires action, you can add a task to the comment and assign it to the relevant user. This is especially useful when you have multiple reviewers and many action items. Once the task is completed, it can be marked as done. By assigning tasks and updating their status, you can easily track the progress of the action items as you bring your video to completion.

Assigning a task
1.

After typing the comment requiring action, click Create task.
▶ You can also create a task without typing a comment by clicking once in the field and then clicking Create task.

  Click_create_task.png

2.

Click the arrow in the lower right corner.

3.

Click the down arrow by Task and then select Assign.

4.

Select the person that you want to assign the task to.
▶ The person you assign the task to does not have to be the recipient of the comment. They can be two different people.
