Overview
If you encountered a problem while using the SundaySky platform, our Support Team may ask you to supply us with information relating to your Chrome browser. This information will be used to help troubleshoot the issue.
This article provides the instructions for obtaining this information.
Saving the Browser Console File
1. | In your browser, remain on the page where the problem is occurring. |
2. | Press F12 or right-click your mouse on the page and then select Inspect. |
3. | Select the Console tab. |
4. | Right-click anywhere on the page and then select Save as... |
5. | Save the file with a .log extension. ▶ If you do not see any data in the saved file, copy and paste the console logs to any text editor (such as Notepad) and save as a text file. |
