Overview
The Media Editor lets you adjust the playback volume of a video asset so that it blends seamlessly with the background music and narration in the scene.
To remove audio from a video asset completely, we recommend using the in-scene mute option.
Adjusting the Volume Step by Step
| 1. | Open the video asset in the Media Editor. Not sure how? Follow the steps in Accessing the Media Editor. |
| 2. | Click Volume on the toolbar. |
| 3. | Use the volume slider to adjust the audio to your preferred level, or click the pencil icon to enter a value directly. |
| 4. | Play the video to make sure the volume is set correctly. |
| 5. | Click Apply in the upper-right corner to save your changes. ▶ After listening to the audio in the Studio, you may need to finetune the volume again. |
