If You Forgot Your Password

1.	In the login window, enter your email address (username).
2.	Click Forgot Password?

3.	Check the I'm not a robot checkbox and then click Next.

	You'll receive an email with a verification code. Click to see an example.
4.	In the login window, enter the verification code that you received in the email. ▶ If you didn't receive an email, click Resend Code.

5.	Enter your new password twice. ▶ The password must be at least 8 characters and contain one number, both lower and upper case characters, and one special character.

6.	Click Change Password.

	The password is changed.
