Overview

Keeping your videos organized in folders makes it easier and faster to find what you need.

Because videos are saved at the account level, your Video Library may include content from many users. Using folders helps everyone work together more smoothly.

You can store videos in folders, subfolders, or directly in the root directory of the Video Library. There's no limit to how many folders and subfolders you can create.

This article covers everything you need to know to manage your folders, including creating, moving, renaming, deleting, and viewing folder details.

Note:
The guidelines in this article apply when the Video Library is in grid view. In list view, the Options menu (where you access folder actions) appears at the end of each row.

When you delete a folder, none of its contents (videos or subfolders) are deleted. Instead, everything inside the folder is moved one level up in the folder hierarchy. For example:

  • If the folder is in the root of the Video Library, its contents are moved directly to the Video Library.
  • If the folder is a subfolder, its contents are moved into the parent folder.

1.In the Video Library, locate the folder you want to delete.
2.Hover over the folder icon and then click the three-dot Options menu.
