Overview
SundaySky's global search enables you to quickly locate videos, folders, and templates (for Amplify users) from anywhere in the platform — except the Studio.
Searching for scenes is supported only when importing a scene. For more information, see Importing a Scene.
The search bar is located in the top-right corner of the page. Use it to instantly find items across your libraries without manually navigating through folders.
Using Global Search
Use the global search bar to quickly find videos, folders, and templates across your platform. The following are key points to know about searching.
| 1. | After clicking the search bar, a list of your recent searches appears, followed by the videos you edited most recently. |
| 2. | An entry can be selected from the list, or a search term can be entered. |
| 3. | Results are displayed by category, with the search term highlighted in each result. Only categories with relevant matches are shown. The folder path appears beneath each item. |
| 4. | Selecting a folder opens it and displays its contents. Selecting a video or template opens it in the Video Page. |
| 5. | Clicking the X in the search bar clears the current results, allowing a new search to be run. |
