Overview
When your video is personalized, you can preview how it will appear to a specific audience by using a viewer profile. Depending on the personalization method used (personalization token or audience messaging), a viewer profile is a set of sample data that defines an individual viewer or a group of viewers. The viewer profiles you create are based on the data fields that you have used for personalizing video scenes.
It's important to emphasize that a viewer profile is based on sample data, not the actual data used when generating personalized videos.
To ensure the logic in your configurations is correct, we recommend creating viewer profiles that simulate the various audiences who will watch your video.
