Saving Your Work
As you work in the platform, your changes are saved automatically and continuously. This ensures a smooth workflow without the risk of losing edits.
When you edit a video, three dots appear on the cloud icon in the upper-left corner of the top bar to indicate that saving is in progress. When the save completes, the cloud icon displays a checkmark.
You can also view the date and time of the last save by hovering over the cloud icon. This timestamp reflects the most recent save by any user editing the video.
If you make a change you want to reverse—even one that has already been saved—you can use the Undo and Redo buttons to step backward or forward through your recent edits.
Exception: Saving Brand Edits
The only exception to automatic saving is when you edit any component of a brand. In this case, you must click Save to apply your changes. Brand edits are not saved automatically because they affect all videos that use the same brand. For this reason, we recommend proceeding with caution.
