Connecting SundaySky to Acquia
Connecting your SundaySky account to Acqia's digital asset management software is a quick and easy process that needs to be done only once for an account. Once Acquia's DAM is connected, all users of the same account will have access to all the media assets stored in Acquia's repository.
Before starting, make sure that you have the following credentials ready:
- Acquia DAM URL
- Acquia username
- Acquia password
| 1. | Access the SundaySky Studio. |
| 2. | Click Media in the sidebar. |
| 3. | Click the plug icon at the top of the Media Library. |
| 4. | Click Acquia DAM. |
| 5. | Enter your company's Acquia DAM URL. |
| 6. | Enter your company's username and password for the Acquia DAM. |
| 7. | Click Sign In. |
| 8. | Click Allow. |
| The Acquia DAM tab is added to the Media Library along with all the collections currently in your Acquia DAM. | |
Removing Acquia from SundaySky
If you remove Acquia from your SundaySky account, the Acquia DAM will no longer be available to any user of your account.
If you have added a media asset from the Acquia DAM to Your Media or to a video*, the media asset will remain in the SundaySky Media Library even after Acquia has been disconnected. Approved videos using media assets from the Acquia DAM will also not be affected.
* A media asset added to a video is automatically added to Your Media.
| 1. | Access the SundaySky Studio. |
| 2. | Click Media in the sidebar. |
| 3. | Select the Acquia DAM tab. |
| 4. | Click the Options menu at the top of the section. |
| 5. | Click Remove from account. |
| 6. | If you are sure that you want to remove the connection to the Acquia DAM, click Remove. |
| The Acquia DAM is removed from your account and a confirmation message is displayed at the bottom of the screen. | |
