Introduction
By default, all the dashboards and the Account Analytics page are populated with viewing data from the last three months. Using the filters at the top of the page (date, channel, device), you can narrow down the data according to specific criteria.
Following are the general guidelines for using the filters:
1. |
Activity in the selected date range is what determines what channels and devices can be selected as additional criteria. When the date range is 30 days, the email channel is not available for selection because during this period no videos were viewed via email. This filter behavior applies to devices as well. |
2. |
After filtering, the percentage of views matching the criteria is displayed. This is the percentage of views out of all views during the date period. |
3. |
If you select a different date range after a filtering action, all the filters are restored to their initial state. |
