Overview
When you want to track the metrics of a single video, you can access the Analyze tab of the Video Page to see the video-level dashboards.
At other times, however, you may prefer a bird's-eye view to see metrics of all videos in your account. For this purpose, you can use the Account Analytics dashboard to review the video metrics in a consolidated manner.
The Account Analytics dashboard is accessed by clicking Analytics in the sidebar of the Home Page.
What Video Data is Included in Account Analytics?
Data for the Account Analytics dashboard is captured from videos that have both of the following attributes:
- The video status is Approved to share or Live.
- The video was shared using a SundaySky landing page or by embedding the video code (SundaySky hosted video).
For the purpose of this article, the word video refers only to a video as described above.
When a video is shared via Facebook, LinkedIn, or YouTube (by uploading an MP4 file), use the analytic tools offered by each respective platform to monitor the video metrics.
Account Analytics Dashboard
The dashboard is composed of the following three sections, each providing at-a-glance information regarding the videos in your account:
a. Account Trends and Distribution
b. Key Account Metrics
c. Video Performance Metrics
The dashboard is updated on a daily basis. By default, you'll see data from the last three months. You can use the filters at the top of the page (date / channels / devices) to configure the data that you want to display.
