Introduction to Account Analytics

When you want to track the metrics of an individual video, you can use the video-level dashboards on the specific video page.

At other times, however, you may prefer a bird's-eye view to see metrics of your published videos all at once. For this purpose, you can use the Account Analytics page to review the video metrics in a consolidated manner.

To access the page, click Analytics in the sidebar.

The Account Analytics page is composed of the following three sections, each providing at-a-glance information regarding all the published videos in your account:

a. Account Trends and Distribution
b. Key Account Metrics
c. Video Performance Metrics

Important Notes:

1.

A video needs to be published and have views in order for its data to be captured for the analytics on this page.

2.

Data from videos that have been archived is not included in the analytics.

3.

Data from videos created for programmatic advertising (paid media) is not included in the analytics.

4.

The Account Analytics page is updated daily to show metrics from the last three months. The date range is displayed in the upper right corner of the page. To change the reporting period, see Changing the Date Range.

Changing the Date Range

1.

By default, the metrics on this page represent the last three months. If you would like to see data from a different period, click the current date range and make a new selection.

0 if a button in a view was not clicked

A potential click is counted as either 1 or 0, as follows:
1 if any buttons (1 or more) were viewed in the video
0 if the video does not have any buttons or none were viewed
Survey Submission The total number of surveys submitted, from all videos that include a survey.
